1. Service Overview

ConnectFlow Technology provides an enterprise-grade B2B WhatsApp Automation platform using Meta's Official WhatsApp Cloud API framework.

2. Account & Security

• Agencies and Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and Doppler secret environments.
• Unauthorized access or distribution of API secrets is strictly prohibited.

3. Acceptable Use & Compliance

• Users must adhere strictly to Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy, 24-Hour Messaging Window, and Opt-In requirements.
• Spamming, sending unsolicited promotional messages without explicit user consent, or violating Meta's Commerce Policies will result in immediate account suspension.

4. Billing and Wallets

• All messaging fees are processed via our prepaid Agency Wallet system.
• Usage and conversation charges strictly adhere to Meta's Cloud API pricing structure.

5. Limitation of Liability

ConnectFlow Technology shall not be held liable for WABA restrictions or account bans imposed directly by Meta due to policy violations committed by the user.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
