ConnectFlow

Privacy Policy for ConnectFlow Technology

Effective Date: July 2026

ConnectFlow Technology ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency in how we handle data. This Privacy Policy explains how our platform collects, uses, and safeguards information when you use our WhatsApp Business Automation SaaS platform.

1. Information We Collect

  • Business Information: Company name, business registration details, trade license copy, and official email addresses provided during registration.
  • WhatsApp Business Data: Phone number IDs, WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) IDs, and API tokens necessary to provide service routing.
  • End-User Interactions: Phone numbers and incoming/outgoing message logs required for conversational automation and inbox management.

2. How We Use Data

  • To provide multi-tenant conversational automation and shared inbox workflows.
  • To maintain account security and enforce system idempotency.
  • AI Processing Clause: Customer messages may be routed through third-party AI models (e.g., Anthropic Claude / OpenAI) solely for intent classification and entity extraction. We explicitly state that user data is never used to train foundational AI models.

3. Data Isolation and Protection

  • We enforce strict Row-Level Isolation with Composite Foreign Keys (AgencyId + ClientId) at the database layer. Cross-tenant data access is strictly prevented.
  • We do not sell, rent, or monetize your business or end-user data.

4. Data Retention and Deletion API

  • Active data is stored securely in our cloud infrastructure.
  • Users may request complete data deletion at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon request, all associated message logs and credentials will be permanently purged within 30 days.

5. Meta Policy Compliance

ConnectFlow strictly operates via the Official Meta Cloud API. We comply with all Meta Technical Provider policies and data privacy standards.
