Platform
One engine, four parts you can point at.
ConnectFlow is not a chatbot with a business plan attached. It is a brain you teach, an engine that reads intent, a draft it writes for you, and a person who decides.
What it is made of
Each part does one job. Together they turn a message from a customer into a reply your business would actually have sent.
The business brain
What your AI knows.
Your products, services, policies, delivery rules, opening hours and the answers you find yourself repeating. You give it once and change it whenever the business changes. Nothing here is guessed from the internet.
The conversation engine
What your AI understands.
Every incoming message is read for what the customer actually wants, not for keywords. An order status question and a complaint about the same order are different things, and they are handled as different things.
Suggested replies
What your AI proposes.
The engine drafts a reply in your language and your tone, using your knowledge. It is a suggestion. It sits and waits until someone on your team approves it, edits it, or throws it away.
The shared inbox
Where your team works.
One place for the conversations, with the suggested reply already waiting. Your team reads, approves and sends. Nothing about the conversation lives in one person's phone.
The parts that make it usable at work
An engine on its own is a demo. These are the things that decide whether a team can run on it every day.
Official WhatsApp connection
ConnectFlow runs on Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API, on your own business number. No unofficial clients and no second phone sitting in a drawer.
Teams and agencies
An agency can run several businesses from one login, with each business's conversations and knowledge kept to itself.
A record of what happened
Who approved which reply, when it was sent, and whether it was delivered. Kept so that a question about a conversation has an answer.
Rules the AI cannot break
The limits you set (no invented discounts, no promised delivery dates, no commitments you have not authorised) are enforced on the draft before anyone sees it.
The channel is the easy part.
WhatsApp is where your customers already are, and it is where ConnectFlow starts. But what makes a reply worth sending is everything behind it, and that does not change when the channel does.
