How it works

Set it up once. Then a person still decides.

Two things worth separating: what you do to get started, and what happens every time a customer writes to you afterwards.

Getting started

Four things, done once

None of it needs a developer, and you do not have to finish all of it before the first useful reply.

  1. 01

    Connect your WhatsApp number

Your own business number, on Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API. We take you through the verification with Meta. You keep the number and the account; ConnectFlow connects to it.

Usually the longest step, because Meta's review is Meta's timetable, not ours.

  2. 02

    Teach it your business

Products or services, policies, delivery, hours, and the answers you already repeat every day. Start with what you know off the top of your head and add the rest as it comes up.

You can start useful with less than an afternoon of answers.

  3. 03

Set the voice and the rules

The languages you serve customers in, the tone you want, and the limits: what the AI must never promise, commit to, or decide on its own.

The rules are enforced on the draft, not left to good behaviour.

  4. 04

    Add your team

Whoever answers customers gets access to the shared inbox. An agency can hold several businesses under one login, each kept to itself.

No shared phone, no forwarded screenshots.

Every day after that

What happens to a single message

Six steps, in order, every time. The fifth one is the one to read twice.

  1. 01

    A customer messages you

On your WhatsApp number, the same way they already do. Nothing changes for them, and they are not talking to a different number or a different brand.

  2. 02

    ConnectFlow reads what they want

Not keywords. The engine works out the intent behind the message, so a question about an order and a complaint about the same order are treated as the different things they are.

  3. 03

It drafts a reply from your knowledge

In your language and your tone, using what you taught it. If the answer is not in your knowledge, it says so rather than inventing one.

  4. 04

The rules are applied to the draft

Anything you have ruled out is stopped before a person ever sees it. A draft that would have promised a discount you did not authorise does not reach the inbox as an option.

  5. 05

A person on your team decides

The draft is waiting in the shared inbox. Approve it, edit it and approve it, or reject it. This is the step that does not get skipped.

  6. 06

It sends, and it is on the record

The approved reply goes to the customer on WhatsApp, and who approved it, when, and whether it was delivered is kept so the question can be answered later.

The AI drafts. A person sends.

We are asked often whether it can just reply on its own. It cannot, and that is the design rather than a stage we have not reached yet. The work an AI saves you is the reading, the looking up and the writing. The decision is still yours.
